Catch Me If You Can April 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Bubbles Online Services Ltd (Jisp, Jisp Win) 15b High Street, Alton, Hampshire GU34 1AW, United Kingdom.

2. Competition Period:

The competition runs from 00:00 on 20^th April 2026 to 23:59 on 26^th April 2026 ("Competition Period").

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. We may require identity documents to be provided to verify the individual’s age, to ensure that they are over the age of 18 as required by these terms.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Catch Me If You Can – April 2026, participants must make a qualifying entry into the March Prize Draw between 13^th April 2026 to 19^th April 2026 through one of the following methods:

You will receive entries into the competition based on the value and type of your purchase:

One-Time Purchases:

B. Free Postal Entry
You may enter the Catch Me If You Can – April 2026 competition for free (1 Entry) by sending a handwritten entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class, second class, or signed for post to:

Your postcard must include the following information:

1. Your full name (as registered on your account)
2. Your full postal address
3. Your mobile phone number
4. Your email address
5. Your user ID
6. A clear statement that you wish to enter the “Catch Me If You Can – April 2026”

Postal Entry Conditions:

1. Entries must be handwritten. Typed or printed entries will be disqualified.

2. Only one entry per postcard is accepted. Multiple entries must be submitted separately by post.

3. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be counted as multiple entries. If a bulk entry is received, only one entry will be counted, or the entry may be invalidated.

4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted will be disqualified.

5. Entrants must have a registered account on the website. All details on the postcard must match those on the account. Entries without a registered account will not be processed.

6. Postal entries must be received by 19^th April 2026. Late entries will not be entered.

7. Free entries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

8. The promoter will not acknowledge receipt of postal entries.

9. All valid free entries are treated equally to paid entries.

5. Entry Conditions

• Only entries made during the Competition Period will qualify.

• Paid & free entries are unlimited.

• Entries between between 13^th April 2026 to 19^th April 2026 into the Catch Me If You Can – April 2026 are in addition to entries for the Monthly March Prize Draw. As usual, tickets purchased in each respective month with be entered into the respective monthly draws. Entries between 13^th April 2026 to 19^th April 2026 into the Catch Me If You Can – April 2026 are in addition to entries for the Daily Prize Draws for each day respectively.

6. Method of Participation

To play the Catch Me If You Can – April 2026 qualified users (see 3. Eligibility and 4. How to Enter) will receive email guidance to the email address registered with their account. Alphanumeric codes will be placed across website pages and social media posts connected with JispWin. To be added to the prize draw eligible users must email an answer code to jispwin@jisp.com by 23:59 on 26^th April 2026. The 1^st answer received per user will be taken as final and further received answers will be discounted. Eligible users that submit the correct code by 23:59 on 26^th April 2026 will be entered into the prize draw with entries relating to the package(s) made during the Entry Period (see 4. How to Enter).

7. Winner Selection

All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a random draw. The winner(s) will be selected using a computerised random selection tool, ensuring a fair and unbiased outcome. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the competition closing.

The Promoter will attempt to contact winners of Prize Draws using the telephone numbers and email address provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. If for any reason these details are taken down, inputted and/or submitted and/or recorded in any way by you incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences of this of whatever nature and howsoever arising. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.

8. Prizes

The 1^st winner selected will receive a:
• Monetary bank transfer to the value of £500.

The 2^nd winner selected will receive a:
• Monetary bank transfer to the value of £50.
‍
The 3^rd winner selected will receive a:
• Monetary bank transfer to the value of £25.

Prizes are non-transferable.

9. Notifications of Winners

Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw using the contact details provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days (of the draw), the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

10. General

• By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition where necessary.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

ENGAGE

Overview

Jisp operates an interactive feature that allows users to interact via the app. ENGAGE is organised by the mobile app Jisp in partnership with MyQuiz. By taking part in ENGAGE you acknowledge that you are leaving the Jisp app temporarily to take part on a 3rd party platform.

ENGAGE is open to everyone, anywhere in the world other than employees of Jisp, and is completely free.
‍
By entering ENGAGE each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined by the App.
‍
To enter ENGAGE you must have downloaded Jisp and completed the set amount of questions in the quickest time possible.
‍
All participants must have joined each individual quiz before the quiz begins. Entries not joined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
When entering the quiz, participants will be taken to MyQuiz website to initiate the game using the ENGAGE code for that specific quiz.

Prizes

Quizzes that are incomplete or corrupted will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted by Jisp for disturbed games or loss of connection.
An ENGAGE prize is dependent on each quiz. No two quizzes are related unless stated so.

To be eligible to receive a prize, entrants must win an ENGAGE quiz and send a confirmation email to engage@jisp.com with a relevant secret word provided on the winner’s screen after the quiz is complete. In the rare event that two or more entrants tie for the first prize for the ENGAGE quiz, those entrants will be entered into a draw. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an authorised representative of Jisp.

ENGAGE prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers. The prizes are non-transferable.
‍
An ENGAGE prize can be won only once per user unless specified publicly by marketing surrounding each individual quiz. The company reserves the right to deny the claim of a prize if a user has already claimed a prize previously.
‍
In the unlikely event that no winner is announced before the end of the quiz, prizes will not be awarded.
‍
The winner of the ENGAGE quiz will receive a secret word on their screen when the quiz is complete. The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of winning the quiz. The named individual must be the prize winner, unless otherwise authorised by Jisp. The prize will then be personal to those named individuals and will not be transferable.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the prizes to be processed.

Prizes will be distributed in person or despatched by post. Jisp accepts no liability for lost or undelivered prizes.

Authority

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGAGE hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the prize or a prize draw.

In the event of any dispute regarding the ENGAGE quiz, the company’s decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
At any time prior to the quiz date, Jisp may withdraw or cancel the ENGAGE quiz for any reason and may change the prize to a prize of a similar value. Any such cancellation or change shall be notified on the ENGAGE website.

Jisp reserves the right to cancel the ENGAGE quiz and reject redemption of any prizes if it reasonably believes that the ENGAGE quiz or any prize is being used unlawfully or illegally.

User Consent

By entering the ENGAGE quiz, the winner consents to the publishing of their name and country of residence across Jisp’s social platforms and the Jisp website.

Jisp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the company’s website.

By completing the ENGAGE quiz you consent to the storage, use and transfer of your personal data by Jisp for marketing and related purposes.
