Account Manager – Jisp Wholesale

Jisp Overview / Summary:

Jisp is an awarding winning technology company operating in the retail industry primarily in the convenience sector. Our money saving app, Jisp Scan & Save is going from strength to strength and now requires an Account Manager to work with our new Wholesale client and help launch our wholesale platform with retailers.

Job Description:

As Account Manager you will be an integral part of our retail team, looking after our new wholesale client with the support of the Retail Director. As lead contact for all day-to-day activity, you will have a keen focus on building and maintaining strong lasting relationships whilst delivering best in class service. Travel is required, you will be expected to spend time at our client’s site as well as their members sites which span the UK.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the account.

• Responsible for connecting with key business stakeholders, Building, and maintaining strong lasting client relationships.

• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Clearly communicate the progress of agreed initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Preparation and delivery of all required reports on account status.

• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

• Monitor client service provision to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

• Identify areas for improvement as well as development of new business opportunities where possible.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven track record as an Account Manager working with Retail or wholesale clients

• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication and organisational skills (oral & written)

• Confidence when presenting is a must

• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Must be happy to travel

• Full British driving licence

• Business Degree preferred but not essential


• £32,000 per annum plus discretionary performance related bonus

• 4 day working week (Wednesday or Thursday off – rota basis)
