Autumn Excitement Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter:  The promoter of this competition is Bubbles Online Services Ltd (Jisp, Jisp Win) 15b High Street, Alton, Hampshire GU34 1AW, United Kingdom.

2. Competition Period:

The competition runs from 00:00 on 01st September 2025 to 23:59 on 31st September 2025 ("Competition Period").

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
We may require identity documents to be provided to verify the individual’s age, to ensure that they are over the age of 18 as required by these terms.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Autumn Excitement Competition, participants must make a qualifying entry into the September Prize Draw between 1st September and 30th September 2025 through one of the following methods:

A. Paid Entry
You will receive entries into the competition based on the value and type of your purchase:

One-Time Purchases:

£2 = 1 entry
£5 = 2 entries
£10 = 3 entries

Subscription Purchases:

£5/month = 1 entry
£15/month = 2 entries
£25/month = 3 entries

B. Free Postal Entry
You may enter the Autumn Excitement Competition for free (1 Entry) by sending a handwritten entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class, second class, or signed for post to.

Your postcard must include the following information:

1. Your full name (as registered on your account)
2. Your full postal address
3. Your mobile phone number
4. Your email address
5. Your user ID
6. A clear statement that you wish to enter the “Autumn Excitement Competition”

Postal Entry Conditions:

1. Entries must be handwritten. Typed or printed entries will be disqualified.

2. Only one entry per postcard is accepted. Multiple entries must be submitted separately by post.

3. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be counted as multiple entries. If a bulk entry is received, only one entry will be counted, or the entry may be invalidated.

4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted will be disqualified.

5. Entrants must have a registered account on the website. All details on the postcard must match those on the account. Entries without a registered account will not be processed.

6. Postal entries must be received by 30th September 2025. Late entries will not be entered.

7.  Free entries are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

8.  The promoter will not acknowledge receipt of postal entries.

9.  All valid free entries are treated equally to paid entries.


5. Entry Conditions

• Only entries made during the Competition Period will qualify.

• Paid & free entries are unlimited.

• Entries into the Autumn Excitement Competition are in addition to entries for the August and September Prize Draws.

6. Winner Selection

All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into a random draw. The winner(s) will be selected using a computerised random selection tool, ensuring a fair and unbiased outcome. The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the competition closing. The Promoter will attempt to contact winners of Prize Draws using the telephone numbers and email address provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. If for any reason these details are taken down, inputted and/or submitted and/or recorded in any way by you incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences of this of whatever nature and howsoever arising. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.

The Promoter will attempt to contact winners of Prize Draws using the telephone numbers and email address provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. If for any reason these details are taken down, inputted and/or submitted and/or recorded in any way by you incorrectly, the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences of this of whatever nature and howsoever arising. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.

7. Prizes

The winner will receive:

• An Autumn Chocolate Hamper
• Various Autumnal Homeware Items such as candles, blankets and lights Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Contents of the hamper may vary depending on availability.

8. Notifications of Winners

Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw using the contact details provided. If a winner does not respond within 14 days (of the draw), the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. General

• By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition where necessary.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
